Returns Policy

At Savana Gemstones LLC, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day inspection period from the date of delivery for you to review your gemstone(s).

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Item Condition:  Returned items must be in their original, unaltered, and undamaged condition — exactly as they were delivered. Items that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or any alteration (including resizing, setting, or cleaning by a third party) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@savanagemstones.com within the 30-day period to receive a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Packaging: All returned items must be securely packaged in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and shipped with tracking and insurance at the full value of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

We strongly recommend your shipping label is addressed only to “Savana G LLC”, and the label should NOT have “Gemstones” or “Gems” listed anywhere, this is for your added protection against theft within the shipping system.

Final Sale Items: Custom jewelry, special orders, or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days.
